52WeekPPM allows to provide technicians & engineers with a planned work order, job card, work instructions, proper procedures necessary parts and tools list to carry out maintenance work without delays or interruptions. Labour and purchases can easily be tracked on the work order, allowing one to quickly analyse the costs associated to each work order. Parent - Child work order processing is another feature, which helps the user to identify the number of work orders in a proactive manner.

Maintenance Management

52WeekPPM supports efficient management of Reactive maintenance on the site. An Engineer on the ground can immediately raise the BD Work Order from a smart phone. The system tracks the amount of time spent on the Break Down, Spares replaced and the costs incurred in completing the job. This info will get recorded under the history of that particular asset and it provides valuable data on the asset.

Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) Management
